Image Validator is Conexiom’s Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solution. That is, it reads images of text such as those that have been scanned or faxed.
With Conexiom, 100% data accuracy is always the goal, however, that goal is only achievable with documents comprised of machine-readable digital text; not graphic images of text. We refer to the readable digital text used by by Conexiom's core solutions as clear text.
When customers use scanned, faxed, or encrypted documents that cannot offer clear text, Image Validator is the tool Conexiom has created to solve the problem. This program reads raster images of text and provides you the tools you need to quickly identify and solve any problems you discover in the computer’s rendering of the document.
Image Validator is highly accurate, but every scanned or faxed document that the application works with needs to be individually evaluated before it can go through an automated process.
