The Check and Apply Data switch sets this feature as the default on your Express Screen.
The Check and Apply Data Setting allows you to click only once in order to check data and apply it. When it is turned on, Check and Apply Data displays as the button in the bottom-right corner of the Express screen. When it is turned off, Check Data displays.
To set Express to check and apply data by default, do the following:

Click the Settings icon on the left side of your screen. The Settings page displays.

From the Settings page, scroll down to Check Data and Apply.

Click the switch to set Check Data and Apply as the default. Then Check and Apply Data displays as the button in the bottom right corner of the Express screen.
