Unlocking an Account

You can unlock accounts in the Partner Portal if you have Super-User privileges.

If you are a Super-User, you can unlock an account in the portal .

  1. From the Company page, select the locked User.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Under Account Status, change the account from Locked to Active.

  4. Click Save Changes

Note: All Super Users can unlock accounts in the portal.
