Login and User Setup
To access the Conexiom portal, you must first have a user profile. A super user creates your profile in the portal by adding you under the Company page. Once created, you’ll receive an email to set your password.
Note: Your organization may operate differently, if, for example, it uses a Single Sign-On authentication service.
Logging In
When your profile is created, you receive an email with a link that you follow to create your password. When your password is set, you can log in to the portal at the Portal Login page, using your email as a username.
Reset your password anytime by selecting Forgot Password on the login page.
Unlocking an Account, (For Super Users)
If you fail to provide the right information multiple times, your account can be locked.

Creating a User Profile to Log In, (For Super Users)
To create a user profile, a super user must add the new user under the Company page.
When adding a user, the email address that is entered in the profile will be used as that team-member’s username.
The system sends an invitation email to the address provided. The user can then follow the link to create their password.
Adding or Removing Users
Only super users can create or delete users.
