Using the Conexiom Settings Page for Portal and Trading Partner Configurations

How to use the Conexiom Settings page to access functions and controls for various platform features.

Using the Settings Page

The Conexiom Settings page hosts controls for different features and functions of the platform at the global level.

Access Conexiom Settings by clicking on the portal-level gear icon found in the top-right or bottom-left of the portal, depending on your layout. This icon can be accessed from any page in the portal.

The Conexiom Settings page is divided into two categories with dropdown lists to organize the settings tabs:

Portal Setup

Includes settings related to platform-wide features, connections, and controls.

Express Settings

For platforms that include the Express feature, these settings allow users to set AI confidence levels and enable Autopilot in Express.

Field Setup [Internal]

This section provides a smoother integration experience by controlling how fields should be displayed within the Conexiom platform. Field Setup should be completed after Integrations.

Integrations [Internal]

To support transfer and validation of data, this section can be used to set up a connection between Conexiom and supported ERPs.

Navigator Settings

For platforms that include the Navigator feature, these settings allow users to assign monetary value to lines and documents processed, as well as thresholds for the data available in Navigator.

Trading Partner Setup

Includes settings related to global logic and validations

Transformations [Internal]

This section facilitates the creation and testing of business logic. Though exclusions can be added, transformations are usually intended to apply to all trading partners. If you want to apply local logic at the trading partner level, the Configuration Studio tool can be used instead.

Validations [Internal]

This section facilitates the creation and testing of standardized global validations in alignment with supported ERP integrations.

Access

The tabs listed under each category are dependent on the features and functions enabled within the platform paired with role-based visibility rules, such as those used to grant access Express Settings as found here.
