New and upgraded features and functionality

New Features

New Mandatory Trading Partner Field in Express

A new Trading Partner field is now required alongside the Sold-To ID when submitting documents in Express. If a document is received from a Trading Partner not previously processed, users will be prompted to enter both fields before submission. This ensures Express can accurately learn and associate each unique TP/Sold-To pair for future processing.

Note: For Sold-To IDs that have already been processed in Express before this update, the TP field will auto-populate with the associated Bill-To Company name. This value will be saved and automatically appear in the dropdown as documents from existing Sold-To IDs are processed.

The change primarily affects workflows involving new Sold-To IDs or Trading Partners.

Reporting Both Manual and System Edits in Express Approval Summaries

Upon document approval, a dialog box displays with the summary of extracted fields for your review. Express now provides separate reports on the number of fields that were updated automatically by the system versus the number of fields that were updated manually by a user. Previously these counts were combined into a single total.

Automatically Refresh AI Predictions in Express

You can have the system automatically refresh AI predictions for queued documents — documents that were submitted but not yet reviewed — ensuring updated predictions are applied upon opening the document without manual reprocessing.

Choose whether updated predictions are applied automatically without prompting, applied manually, or prompted each time a queued document is opened.
