Set Check and Apply Data as the Default in Express

Set Check and Apply Data as the default operation to select when completing a document in Express as opposed to simply Check Data. This feature can be toggled on from the Express Settings Page.

When turned on, Check and Apply Data displays on the button in the bottom-right control in the Express screen. When turned off, Check Data will show in the bottom right control in the Express screen. For more information, see Check Data and Apply Data Setting

Transfer Multiple Line Items in Express with the Multi-Copy Feature

Using Multi-copy, you can transfer the text in multiple line-item cells in Express. Use your mouse to lasso the text you want to copy over to the target cells, then right click and select Multi-copy and the appropriate menu selections from the drop-down menu system.
