Production Document Statuses

Documents can have one of many different statuses, depending on where are in the implementation process.

Following is a list of possible statuses for production documents and what those statuses mean.

Test Documents can have the same statuses as Production Documents, but two additional statuses are possible with Test Documents: Validation Required and Configuration Required.

Delivered When the status is Delivered the document has been successfully delivered to your ERP. There is no action required on your end.
Not Processed

If the status is Not Processed then the document was not processed or sent by Conexiom. If the document was unexpectedly not processed, then review either the not-processed email you received or the details in the Document Details Page for more information.
Under Review If a document is Under Review then it has an open alert OR it is being reviewed by a Connection Developer. Review and resolve appropriately if there is an open alert for this document. If no alert is present, then no action is required.
Duplicate

Duplicate status means a document with the same number has already been processed in the portal. No action is required if this document doesn't need to be processed again. If this document should be processed, click Process to deliver this duplicate.

Note: If Conexiom always needs to allow the processing of duplicated document numbers for this trading partner, you can send a configuration request asking for this functionality to be turned on.

Batch When documents are in Batch status it means 2 or more documents were sent within the same email. No action is required.

For more information on a document or its history, see The Document Details Page.
