Troubleshooting Steps
Try different environments:
Browsers:
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Microsoft EdgeDevices
Check if your user account in the Company tab has the correct access.
Update the version of the browser you’re using.
Try using Incognito / Private Mode to confirm if there is a caching issue
a. If there is clear the browser’s cache & saved data, then close and reopen the browser.Fully power down and restart the device.
Try a different device.
If you are connected to a VPN or internal network, attempt to access outside of this network to see if this is causing the issues.
Tip: You can access the Portal using your cellphone with mobile data.
