Troubleshooting Steps

Try different environments:

Check if your user account in the Company tab has the correct access.

Update the version of the browser you’re using.

Try using Incognito / Private Mode to confirm if there is a caching issue
a. If there is clear the browser’s cache & saved data, then close and reopen the browser. -
Fully power down and restart the device.

Try a different device.

If you are connected to a VPN or internal network, attempt to access outside of this network to see if this is causing the issues.
