Using Tabs

The Order Statistics Tab vs Other Tabs

Each tab displays trading-partner data based on the filters you have set. (See Filters). To view an individual trading-partner’s statistics, do the following:

  • On the Order Statistics tab, in the Data Grid click the corresponding row. That row is then highlighted and the screen displays changes to show that trading partner’s statistics in the Statistical Graph, and the Key Metric Totals directly above.

  • On all other tabs, click the bar of the Statistical Graph that represents that trading partner. That bar is then highlighted and moved to the top of the list. The screen displays changes to show that trading partner’s statistics in the Data Grid and the Key Metric Totals directly above.

Note: To return to the previous screen, click Order statistics over time, in the upper left of the Statistical Graph section. The view moves back one screen at a time. Note also that filters will not be reset with this action.

To view more than one trading partner in combination, do the following:

  • On the Order Statistics tab, in the Data Grid click on each of the rows that correspond to the trading partners you want to view. Each of the chosen rows become highlighted. The Statistical Graph and the Key Metric Totals change to reflect the combined totals of each of the trading partners.
To eliminate one or more trading partners from the total, click the corresponding row. That trading partner’s totals are eliminated from the combined totals and the highlighting disappears.

  • On all other tabs, click the bars of the Statistical Graph that represents that trading partners whose statistics you want to view. That bars are then highlighted and moved to the top of the list. The screen displays changes to show that trading partner’s statistics in the Data Grid and the Key Metric Totals directly above.
To eliminate one or more trading partners from the total, click the corresponding row. That trading partner’s totals are eliminated from the combined totals and the highlighting disappears.

Note: To return to the previous screen, click Order statistics over time, in the upper left of the Statistical Graph section. The view moves back one screen at a time. Note also that filters will not be reset with this action.

To sort a table by a column, do the following:
