Customer (or Vendor) Statuses

Trading Partners can have one of many different statuses, depending on where they are in the implementation process.

In the table below, descriptions of Customer (Vendor) statuses are listed with the meaning of each.

Portal Icon

What does it mean?

What do I need to do?

 

A new customer/vendor has been added into the portal and is ready to be configured. 

You need to add test documents and submit the initial mapping request.

Configuration Required

 

Configuration Required means a change request has been submitted.

No action required - This means our connection development team is working on your request.

 

Validation Required when the change request has been completed by Conexiom and is ready for validation. 

You need to test the customer/vendor by processing and delivering documents.

Validation in Progress

 

Validation in Progress when Testing of the customer/vendor has started.

No action required - This lets you know that  at least one document has been successfully delivered and that testing is now in progress– continue with testing.

Information required

 

If the Conexiom team has a question or needs clarification regarding a change request the status is Information Required.

To respond to the connection development team's questions, please submit a change request with the requested details.

Note: Click the link to submit a change request within the portal.  Please do not reply to the email as this will not submit the change request.

Production

 

The customer/vendor is in production and all testing is completed.

No action required - This means the customer/vendor is in production.
