User permissions are defined by user profiles. These profiles are based on the role that a user has been assigned within a company.
Only Super Users can edit profiles. If you are a Super User, you can edit any profile except the Super User profile itself. To change the Super User profile or to create new user profiles, contact support.

Editing Profiles with the Permissions Dashboard
To edit a user profile, follow these steps:

From the Company tab, click Options.

From the menu that displays, click Permissions.

From the menu, select the user profile you want to edit. The Permissions Dashboard displays.

From the Permissions Dashboard, click the toggle switch for the application feature that listing describes.

For example, to allow managing and resolving document alerts, click the toggle switch on the first line of the Permissions Dashboard, titled “Alerts.
The switches are defined in the in the table below with a green checkmark designating what the default position is.

To save your changes, click Save Changes. The settings are applied to the profiles and, on their next login, they are applied to the user accounts that are impacted.
