Resetting Your Password

Instructions on resetting your password.

If you have forgotten your password or need to reset it for any other reason, follow these steps:

    1. On the login screen, enter your email address and click Continue.

    2. On the password screen, click Reset password.

On the Forgot your password? page, check that your email address is correct, then click Continue.

Conexiom sends you an email with instructions for resetting your password. Follow the instructions in that email to finish.
