The Source of the Metric

The following table describes what the source of data is for metrics displayed in Navigator’s Orders with Errors.

Metric	Source
Total Documents with Errors by Trading Partners	Measures the total number of documents delivered from each trading partner that contain one or more errors. It helps identify which trading partners consistently send problematic documents.
Total Documents without Errors by Trading Partner	Tracks the total number of error-free documents delivered from each trading partner. It can be used to assess trading partners' accuracy and reliability.
Documents with Errors percentage by Trading Partner	Calculates the percentage of documents from each trading partner that contain errors, providing a proportional view of error trends relative to total document volume for each partner.
Documents with Errors by Day/Month	Shows the number of documents with errors on a daily or monthly basis, allowing analysis of fluctuations in document accuracy.
Total Errors by Day/Month	Tallies the total number of errors found across all documents on a given day or month, helping identify periods of increased error frequency.
Percent of Documents with Errors by Day/Month	Calculates the percentage of all delivered documents in a day or month that contained errors, offering insight into overall document accuracy over time.
Type of errors by Day/Month	Categorizes and counts specific types of errors found in documents on a daily or monthly basis, helping pinpoint prevalent error types over time.
Type of Error Totals	Measures the cumulative count of each type of error across all documents, providing an aggregate view of error frequency by type.
Currently impacted documents by Error Type	Shows the number of documents currently affected by specific error types, helping prioritize which issues require immediate attention.
Processed Documents impacted by Error Type	Shows the number of delivered documents affected by specific error types.
Percent of Documents impacted by Type of Errors	Calculates the percentage of total documents that are affected by each error type, highlighting the relative impact of various error categories.
