The Source of the Metric

The following table describes what the source of data is for metrics displayed in Navigator’s Accuracy Optimization:

Data used for Total Documents by Trading Partner	Tracks the total number of documents delivered from each trading partner.
Data used for Total On-Time Documents by Trading Partner	Tracks the number of documents from each trading partner that were processed and delivered on time, highlighting partner reliability.
Data used for On-Time Type: ERP or Conexiom	Distinguishes whether on-time delivery is measured by the ERP system or Conexiom, offering insights into which system contributes more effectively to timeliness.
Data used for Total On-Time Documents by Trading Partner	Tracks the number of documents from delivered to the ERP prior to the ship to date.
Data used for Percent of On-Time Documents by Day/Month	Calculates the percentage of documents that are processed by Conexiom and delivered to the ERP prior to the ship to date
Data used for Total Accurate Orders by Trading Partner	Counts the number of orders delivered from each trading partner that were delivered without errors, reflecting their data accuracy.
Calculation of Order Accuracy	Accuracy is calculated in two ways, depending on the customers configuration. The default state is the order we received is the same as the order that was delivered. The enhanced state is the order that was by Conexiom to the ERP matched the order in the ERP after it the ship to date has past.
Data used for Percent of Accurate Orders by Trading Partner	Calculates the percentage of accurate orders.
Data used for Accuracy Type: ERP or Conexiom	Identifies whether order accuracy is achieved through ERP processes or Conexiom.
Data used for Total Accurate Orders by Day/Month	Measures the number of accurate orders delivered each day or month, offering insights into accuracy trends over time.
Data used for Cost to Serve by Day/Month	Calculates the total cost associated with serving orders each day or month.
Data used for Cost to Review by Day/Month	Calculates the cost associated with non field corrections/user actions each day or month.
Data used for Total Non-Purchase Order Documents by Day/Month	Tracks the number of rejected documents each day or month that are not purchase orders.
Data used for Percent of Accurate Orders by Day/Month	Calculates the percentage of accurate orders out of the total delivered each day or month, helping evaluate daily or monthly order quality.
