Finding Emails You Submitted to Conexiom

Locating emails that you previously sent to Conexiom, as when submitting change requests for example.

Locating Email

You may need to locate an email that you previously sent to Conexiom, as when, for example, you submitted a change request. To do so, follow these steps:

  1. In your email application, check your Sent folder to confirm that the email was sent to Conexiom. If it was not sent, it should still be listed in that program's Drafts folder and you can resend it. If it is listed in the Sent folder, it establishes that is was actually sent. If so, go to Step 2.

  2. Open the Reporting tab and click the Reporting field. From the drop-down menu, select Emails Received.

  3. Click the From field. A menu displays. To ensure you are including enough time, modify the From to a date one day before the date you believe the email was sent.

  4. Click the To field. From the menu that displays, modify the To date to one day after the date you believe the email was sent.

  5. Click Run Report.

  6. Select the Filter icon . The Filter Reports dialog displays.

  7. From the drop-down menus, select the following:

    1. From the Filter By drop-down, select Email Subject.

    2. From the Operator drop-down, select Contains.

    3. From the Value drop-down, enter the subject from the email’s Subject line.

Note: The subject in the example shown is “This is an Example Email Subject-KB.

    4. Click Apply Filter(s).

    5. Click Run Report. The results of received emails with the Email Subject value is generated.

When the email has been located, you can select the document's listing.

Troubleshooting

If you continue to be unable to find the Email or Document, send an email to your internal IT Support team. If needed, contact your Conexiom Support team at support@conexiom.com. Attach a copy of the original email.

Note: The original email as an attachment will be helpful in providing the necessary Email headers and other properties for the support team to search with.
