Deactivating Test Trading Partners

How to eliminate test trading partners you no longer need.

At times you may want to deactivate test trading partners within the portal. For example, you may have created test trading partners in order to train team members or to try out different settings, but no longer need them. 

Note: If a production trading partner needs to be deactivated, contact your Conexiom Support team at support@conexiom.com.

To deactivate a trading partner, follow these steps:
  1. Click the Customer or Vendor tab on the left hand side of your screen and from the list, click the check box next to any test accounts  that you want to deactivate.
  2. Click on the Trashcan icon in the upper right corner to deactivate the selected accounts.
  3. A dialog box displays. Click OK to confirm your choice.
