Clearing Your Browser's Cache

Instructions on different browsers to clear your cache. This is to improve your computer performance and make the loading time faster.

Clearing your Cache in Google Chrome

To clear your cache in Google Chrome, follow these steps:

  1. In the Chrome browser, click the Menu in the upper right corner and choose Settings. A new tab will display.

  2. Choose "Privacy and security", then click 'Delete Browsing data'.

  3. Click the checkboxes and select 'Cached images and files' in the "Delete Browsing data" box.

  4. Choose the beginning of the time to delete everything. 

  5. Click Delete Data. 

  6. Please close your browser and restart it to see the changes.

Clearing your Cache in Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the menu in the top right corner 
  2. Select History, then select 'Clear recent history'. A dialog box will display.
  3. Use the drop-down box on top of the dialogue box to choose how recent file you want to clear.
  4. Select 'Temporary Cache files and pages'.
  5. Uncheck the box in front of 'Cookies and Site Data' and 'History'.
  6. Click the Clear button 

Your changes will be saved automatically

Clearing your Cache in Microsoft Edge

To Clear your cache in Microsoft Edge, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings. A new tab will display.
  2. Select the 'Privacy, Search, and services'.
  3. Choose clear browsing data now. A dialogue box will appear.
  4. Select the Time Range of the cache and history.
  5. Uncheck the 'Browsing History', 'Download History', and 'Cookies and other site data'.
  6. Leave the 'Cache Images and files' checked. 
  7. Click the 'Clear Now'.

Or You can do CTRL + Shift + Del or type or type "edge://settings/clearbrowserdata" in your address bar so you will be directed to step 3.
