Using Conexiom Applications

Conexioms primary applications for processing documents include Premier, Express, Exception Manager, and Image Validator.

Applications

Conexiom has a number of applications to help transform your business documents:

Application

Description

Premier

Because the Premier application uses pre-configured mapping for each trading partner, using the business rules and logic that you help define, it performs the transformation of documents to ERP-ready with 100% accuracy.

Express

Conexiom Express is faster to deploy because it does not require pre-configured mapping and uses multiple forms of AI to identify sales orders and contextualize the fields and data within. Conexiom Express achieves very high accuracy rates of 90%+ almost immediately and employs a human-in-the-loop review process to assure accuracy.

Exception Manager

To help with the task of completing documents when using Premier, the Exception Manager application provides a number of features, including color-coding to help you identify the validity of data, ways to view different parts of the document, and tools to change the data.

Image Validator

When trading partners use scanned, faxed, or encrypted documents that cannot offer clear text, Image Validator is the tool Conexiom has created to solve the problem. This program reads raster images of text and provides you the tools you need to quickly identify and solve any problems you discover in the computer’s rendering of the document.

Note: An additional application that Conexiom offers is not dedicated to processing documents as the above applications are: Configuration Studio is dedicated solely to configuring the interpretation of documents when using Premier. Find instruction on it in Setting Up Trading Partners through Configuration Studio, along with other Premier setup information.
