Unlocking an Account

With Super User privileges, you can unlock an account in the portal

If you are a Super-User, you can unlock an account in the portal .

  1. From the Company page, select the locked User.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Under Account Status, change the account from Locked to Active.
  4. Click Save Changes


How to unlock portal account

Note: All Super Users can unlock accounts in the portal.
