Unlocking an Account
With Super User privileges, you can unlock an account in the portal
If you are a Super-User, you can unlock an account in the portal .
- From the Company page, select the locked User.
- Click Edit.
- Under Account Status, change the account from Locked to Active.
- Click Save Changes.
Note: All Super Users can unlock accounts in the portal.
