      How to check the SSL Certificate expiration date

      Objective

      How to check the SSL Certificate expiration date.

      Applies To

      Delivery Issues or Certificate Issues we encounter upon delivering the output files to the customer's server. Will receive an error that indicates a security or SSL problem.

      Resolution

      1. Click the View Site Information on the address bar.

      2. Click the Connection is secured or Certificate button.

      3. A box displays the following, including the expiration date.


      4. If the date is expired, contact your internal IT team for resolution.
