Checking for Documents in the Conexiom SFTP Folder

How to check Conexiom SFTP folders for documents if they did not arrive at your ERP

When documents are not at your ERP, you can check the Conexiom SFTP to see if they are there through your web browser.  Follow these steps:

  1. Click this link to go to the SFTP login page: SFTP Login and enter. your credentials.
    Note: If you do not have, (or do not remember), your login credentials, you can submit a ticket to Conexiom Support via the Contact Support form. 
  2. Once logged in,  click Files.  A file hierarchy displays Prod (Production) and Test Folders.
  3. Click Prod to view files that have been delivered to the Prod folder. To view Test documents that have been delivered, click Test. Files display in the field  highlighted in green.
  4. If the documents you are looking for are not in the folder, investigate further by submitting a Support ticket via the Contact Support form.

Additional Information

You can also check your SFTP folder by using applications such as WinSCP.
