Document Statuses

Documents can have one of many different statuses, depending on where they are in the implementation process.

Test Documents can have the same statuses as Production Documents, but two additional statuses are possible: Validation Required and Configuration Request

Following is a list of possible statuses for test documents and what those statuses mean.

Delivered When the status is Delivered the test document has been successfully delivered to your ERP. There is no action required on your end.
Not Processed

If the status is Not Processed then the test document was not processed or sent by Conexiom. If the document was unexpectedly not processed, then review either the not-processed email you received or the details in the Document Details Page for more information.
Under Review If a test document is Under Review then it has an open alert OR it is being reviewed by a Connection Developer. Review and resolve appropriately if there is an open alert for this document. If no alert is present, then no action is required. See Processing a Document with the Status of "Under Review" for more information.
Duplicate

Duplicate status means a document with the same number has already been processed in the portal. No action is required if this document doesn't need to be processed again. If this document should be processed, click Process Duplicate in the Document Details page to deliver this duplicate.

Note: If Conexiom always needs to allow the processing of duplicated document numbers for this trading partner, you can send a support request asking for this functionality to be turned on. See How to Process Duplicates for more information.

Batch When documents are in Batch status it means 2 or more documents were sent within the same email. No action is required.

(Only applies for test documents) When a test document is in Validation Required it is ready to be sent to your ERP for validation. It is only displayed on documents in testing when they are ready to be delivered.

Note: This status will only appear when the trading partner is in a testing phase. Once the trading partner moves to production, test documents will be automatically delivered to your ERP, even if the auto-delivery toggle is turned off.

(Only applies for test documents) This status indicates that this file is not actually a text document but instead is the record of an Email Change request that was sent in.
