The error "You do not have permission..." is returned while attempting to update the Customer Detail Page.
Symptom
Unable to update the Customer Details tab.
Error: "You do not have permission to view this page. Please contact your administrator if you need access."

Resolution
This error can occur when the Inside Sales Rep, the Implementer, or the Business Rep has been selected but can no longer be found in the Company Tab.
Check the user's role in the third section of the Customer Details page to see if the Alias ID also lists the Email Address below it.
- If the Email Address displays under the ID, then they have been added to the portal.
- If the Email Address does not display, then the user has not been added to the portal. To resolve either Update the Role to a new user or add the user via the Company tab
In the example above, C LEES is missing in the portal yet has been selected as the Inside Sales Rep, Implementer
M Velo is not missing from the portal and is selected as the Business Rep
- In the Trading Partner page, select the edit option in the Details tab.
- Select the Inside Sales Rep, and choose from the drop down of active users to assign.
- For the Implementer, the same steps are to be repeated.
