Column Controls for Customer Page, Alerts Page, and Production Documents Page

In your Conexiom portal you now have more control over the display of columns. You can re-order columns, resize them, pin them, and even select which columns display.

When you use these new features, modifying the page view in any of these locations, your changes are retained for your next session.

In your browser application, if you use a privacy mode like Google Chrome’s Incognito, Microsoft Edge’s InPrivate, or Mozilla Firefox’s Private mode, these settings will not be retained in your cache, so will not be displayed when you log back in. Likewise, if you eliminate your cache on any browser, the settings will not be retained.

Change the Order of the Columns

To change the order of columns, you can drag them to different locations. To do so, follow these instructions:

  1. Hover over the column header you want to move until the cursor displays as a hand icon. The header is outlined.
  2. Click and continue to press your mouse button while you drag the header to its new location. It turns white when you drag it.
  3. When you reach the joint between the two columns that you want as the destination, release the mouse button.

Resize a Column

To resize the width of a column, follow these instructions:

  1. Hover over the right-hand side of the column header until the Resize icon displays.
  2. Click and drag the column to the width you would like.
Note:  Some fields have minimum field widths, such as the Assignee column in the Alerts tab. These are set in order to retain the structural integrity of the field. Modifying the column beyond that limit is not possible.

Pin a Column

To pin a column in place so that it remains in the same place while you scroll horizontally, follow these instructions:

  1. Hover over the column you want to pin. The Menu icon, (three vertical dots), displays on the right side of the header.
  2. Click the Menu icon and from the drop-down menu that displays, click Pin to right or Pin to left. The column now remains in place when you scroll horizontally.
  3. To unpin the column, click on the Menu icon and select Unpin.

Hide a Column

  1. Hover over the column you want to hide. The Menu icon, (three vertical dots), displays on the right side of the header.
  2. Click the Menu icon and from the drop-down menu that displays, Hide. The column is now hidden from view.
Note: Downloading a list will export all columns, including hidden columns. Additionally, hidden columns are searchable: they report results when you search for any specific term they have listed.

Select Which Columns to Display

  1. Hover over any column. The Menu icon, (three vertical dots), displays on the right side of the header.
  2. Click the Menu icon and from the drop-down menu that displays Show columns.
  3. Do any of the following:
    • Toggle any of the switches to turn columns on or off.

    • Click Hide All to hide all of the columns.
