Clearing Alerts
You can clear alerts rather than resolving them.
To clear one or many of the listed alerts, follow these steps.

In the Active Alerts list, check the checkbox next to the alerts you want to clear or check the checkbox at the top of the column to check all of the alerts.

Click Do Not Process. A confirmation dialog box displays.

Click OK. The alerts are eliminated without resolution.
