You can edit much of the general information in a customer’s configuration through the Global Edit feature.
You cannot edit Assign Keys or other specific customer details through this dialog. To edit this type of information, see 'Editing Customer Details Listings' on The Customer Details Page.
You can make these changes to individual customers or whole groups at the same time:

Implementer |
Division |
Currency Data |
Inside Sales Rep |
Time Zone |
Business Rep |
Processed Document Notifications |
To do so, follow these steps:

Check the box to the left of each company you want to edit.

Click Options and select Global Edit from the menu that displays.

In each of the fields, enter appropriate information or use drop-down menus to make the changes you want.

To submit the changes, click Confirm.
