Working within the Rows of a Cross-Reference Table

As opposed to working a cross-reference table as a whole, this article addresses work with individual rows within a cross-reference table

You can work within the individual rows of a table, as opposed to working with the cross-reference table as a whole.

Opening a Cross Reference Table

To open a cross-reference table, follow these steps:

  1. From the Details section of the Customer Details page, click View Cross Reference Table. The Cross References page displays.
  2. From the Cross References field, select the name of the existing cross-reference table.

Editing a Row of a Cross Reference Table

To edit rows in a reference table, follow these steps:

  1. Click the pen icon on that row.

  2. Make changes you want to individual factors.

  3. Click the Checkmark icon to save your changes.

Deleting a Row of a Cross Reference Table

To delete a row from a cross-reference table, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Trashcan icon.

  2. If you want to continue, confirm your choice. The row is deleted.

Copying a Row of a Cross Reference Table

To create a copy of a specific row, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Plus (+) icon. The new row displays as a tentative result.

  2. Click the Checkmark to confirm the choice.

Filtering Records for Search for a Cross Reference Table

To filter Records to more easily browse for a pre-existing cross reference table, follow these steps.

  1. Click the Filter icon. The Filter Cross References dialog box displays.

  2. In the dialog box, select dates in a period of time to display tables that match those criteria. A list displays.

  3. Choose the table you want.

Note: Cross-references can only be edited by users with cross-reference editing permissions.
