You can work within the individual rows of a table, as opposed to working with the cross-reference table as a whole.

Opening a Cross Reference Table
To open a cross-reference table, follow these steps:
- From the Details section of the Customer Details page, click View Cross Reference Table. The Cross References page displays.
- From the Cross References field, select the name of the existing cross-reference table.
Editing a Row of a Cross Reference Table
To edit rows in a reference table, follow these steps:

Click the pen icon on that row.

Make changes you want to individual factors.

Click the Checkmark icon to save your changes.
Deleting a Row of a Cross Reference Table
To delete a row from a cross-reference table, follow these steps:

Click the Trashcan icon.

If you want to continue, confirm your choice. The row is deleted.
Copying a Row of a Cross Reference Table
To create a copy of a specific row, follow these steps:

Click the Plus (+) icon. The new row displays as a tentative result.

Click the Checkmark to confirm the choice.
Filtering Records for Search for a Cross Reference Table
To filter Records to more easily browse for a pre-existing cross reference table, follow these steps.

Click the Filter icon. The Filter Cross References dialog box displays.

In the dialog box, select dates in a period of time to display tables that match those criteria. A list displays.

Choose the table you want.
Note: Cross-references can only be edited by users with cross-reference editing permissions.
